If there’s a way to spice up my vegetable intake I’m going to find it, I fell in love with this delicious dish when I first tried it at a Turkish restaurant not long ago and I promised myself I’d make it and relive the tasty experience.
This super light but filling choice makes it a perfect lunch dish, it is full of flavour and relatively easy to make once you have your ingredients sliced, mixed and ready to go and as with most dishes, you can play around with different ingredients to please your taste buds.
